Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of retail operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with cash registers, point of sale (POS) systems, and electronic sales tools
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and orders
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in jewelry sales, is advantageous

Pay: $16.80 - $20.24 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
